Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund:

• Request raised within 7 days of subscription purchase
• Technical issues preventing platform access (verified by team)
• Duplicate payment charged for same subscription
• Payment deducted but subscription not activated

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

• Request raised after 7 days of purchase
• Subscription partially or fully used
• Account suspended due to Terms violation
• Change of mind after subscription activation

2. How to Request a Refund

• Step 1: Email info@ctaindiaload.in with subject "Refund Request – [Your Mobile Number]"
• Step 2: Share registered mobile number, payment UTR/Transaction ID & reason
• Step 3: Team verifies request within 24-48 business hours
• Step 4: Approved refunds credited within 5–7 business days

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Simply do not renew when the plan expires. Your access ends on the subscription expiry date automatically.
