CTA India Load is an online web application that connects truck owners, drivers, and shippers across India. We provide a subscription-based platform for posting and accessing load/truck listings.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older
- Valid mobile number and identity required for registration
- Business users must provide accurate company details
3. Subscription & Payments
- All subscription fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payments are processed securely via PayU Payment Gateway
- Subscription activates immediately upon successful payment
- Plans: Basic (₹199/month), Standard (₹299/3 months), Premium (₹999/year)
- Subscriptions are non-transferable
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information
- Misuse of platform for fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited
- Users are responsible for their own transactions outside the platform
- CTA India Load acts as a connecting platform only — not a logistics service provider directly
5. Platform Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may cause temporary downtime with prior notice where possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on CTA India Load are the property of Chavan Transport Agency. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
CTA India Load is not liable for any disputes arising between truck owners and shippers. We provide the platform; actual transactions are the user’s responsibility.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification.

4. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no pro-rata refund will be provided for the unused subscription period once activated.
